Jewellery returns:
Erin Gems and Jewellery provides a straightforward return policy for all of our products.
We recognize that there may be instances where a return is necessary, and we are committed to making process as easy as possible for our customers. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate the return process.
Due note: This 14 day window only applies to items purchased in the storefront, not items listened in Private Sales or Erin's Favorites. All Jewellery must be returned to us in the original condition, all of the original items included ((Box, invoice, paper and tags)
You do not have an automatic right to a refund when returning something you bought in a shop because you have changed your mind.
If there is nothing wrong with the item (for example, there is no fault) you have no legal right to return the goods. Whether or not you can get your money back depends on the our returns policy.
Private Sales:
Due to their unique nature, Private Sales items are not subject to the standard return policy. This applies to brand-name jewelry that are not in stock and have been ordered specifically for you.
Due to the unique nature of the item(s), these items are ordered specifically for you the client and are not subject to Erin Gems & Jewellery standard return policy.
Therefore, the purchase order cannot be canceled and is non-refundable. If you cancel the purchase order, you will lose all payments that you have made for these items. The express warranty set forth here applies to the original purchaser and is not transferable.
Order agreement:
Due to the nature of the work, each Private Sale item will come with a purchase order form. This form MUST be filled out this form must be signed for any work to begin.
This applies to all items sold by Erin gems & Jewellery.
